1884794399 2005-04-07 Received a call from Portage County Emergency Management reporting an oil spill near this tank battery. I contacted Randy Hall who stated that they had a flowline leak just south of the tank battery which they have been working on. The spill came to surface above the flowline and ran approximately 200 feet down gradient to the west. Additional corrective action is necessary. 9-1-07
