-2076983245 | 2011-05-06 | Advent is drilling ahead on air. They are currently in the Utica Shale with a mud logger on site. They will switch over to fluid at the top of the Trenton or if they encounter a show of oil/natural gas and continue drilling on fluid to TD. The blow pit is full of cuttings and will need to managed during pit solidification and reclamation.

1306933281 | 2011-05-31 | Chris Grimm, John Brauer and myself witnessed the frac in the Rose Run. The well broke down at 1540psi. The average rate was 19bpm with a pressure of 3502psi. ISIP was 3451psi. 5 minutes was 3284psi. The total gallons used were 138,500 gallons and 759 sacks of sand. There were no violations at this time.
1306935648 | 2011-05-18 | On May 10, 2011, during the primary 4-1/2" casing cement job, the multi stage cementer packer failed to open and the second stage was cancelled. On May 18, prior to drilling out the trip bomb, Universal pressured up on the packer in a last attempt to open the ports. At 2100 psi the ports opened and circulation was established. Universal then mixed and displaced 150 sacks of 50/50 pozmix with 2% gel and 10% salt. Circulation was maintained throughout the job with the plug down at 17:06 on May 18.
1307016986 | 2011-05-23 | Turbo Excavating and Chem Tech are on site to solidify and cover the drilling pits. A small pit to be used for drilling out the multi stage cementer liner and trip bomb will be excavated and lined. The location is also being prepared for the frac job.
1353093911 | 2012-11-16 | I inspected this location to check the status of preliminary restoration which was due 7/30/2011. During my inspection I found that the drilling pits had been closed and that the site had been graded and seeded. There were no drilling, completion, or related equipment on location. The access road was gated and in good condition. The wellhead and tank battery were both diked and fenced with locks on both gates. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and the tank battery contained two vertical separators, 2-210 barrel tanks, and 1-210 barrel, horizontal tank. The meter run was located inside the tank battery. Preliminary restoration is approved. No violations.
1506320845 | 2011-05-04 | I preformed a rig inspection on Advent rig #1. The drilling depth was 3745' and drilling on air. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-03. There were no violations at this time.
1868056833 | 2011-04-27 | Turbo excavating is on site building the drilling location. Advent is scheduled to arrive on site by the end of the week.
