-1190281002 2014-07-08 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was drilling the 6.625" production hole at a depth of 2640'. The permit was displayed, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and I found no leaks or spills around the drill site.
-1223445314 2014-06-02 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling had drilled a 10.75" surface hole to a depth of 500'. Then they ran new 8.625" casing equipped with two centralizers. Cemenco cemented the casing to surface with 150 sacks of class A cement. Circulation was established during the displacement stage, with approximately 3 barrels of cement returns. The cement top fell approximately 30' when Cemenco stopped pumping. I requested that Mackenco top the casing off with sack cement the following day.
-124373286 2014-07-24 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was still down for rig repairs.
-908533595 2014-06-12 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was drilling at a depth of 1830' with a 6.625" bit. The permit was posted and there were no sags or tears in the pit liner. I did notice some engine oil around the rig. I requested that they get some peat down to soak up the oil.
-940484917 2014-07-17 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was not drilling. The rig was down for repairs. They were at a depth of 2750'. The permit was posted an I found no leaks or spills.
1400780515 2014-05-22 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling had set 64' of 11.75" conductor casing. They were drilling at a depth of 110' with a 10.75" bit. The permit was posted, and there were no sags or tears in the pit liner. I found an area approximately 10 ft by 10 ft that contained small puddles of motor oil from a rig repair. I requested that the drilling crew get it cleaned up immediately.
1402062038 2014-06-06 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling had drilled an 8" hole to a depth of 1020' and ran new 7" intermediate casing. Cemenco power-mudded the casing to surface with 4.4 tons of clay.
1403800835 2014-06-26 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was drilling the 6.625" production hole at a depth of 2200'. The permit was displayed, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and I found no leaks or spills around the drill site.
1410455979 2014-09-11 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling had set 3169' of used, tested 5.5" casing. They cut the collars and welded the bottom 511' of the casing to meet the annular spacing requirements. Cemenco had cemented the casing with 35 sacks of class A cement. Wheeler was drilling out the wiper plug at the time of inspection.
