A high end Quan-tab was used and the brine outside of the dike registered a 3.6 reading, even after a recent rain event. After the dike had been pumped again it was noticed a brine tank was leaking, the tank was emptied and its contents were moved to a good tank. An extension was granted to make corrections to the dike and restorations to ground. | ||||
