-589561633 2013-04-04 This inspection was conducted in response to complaint #3031 taken in 2011 by inspector Brett Farnsworth. The confidential complainant claims that this Historic Owner well is being produced and pumped by Robert Stryker. The location has had a new layer of gravel installed on the location and the lease road. There is a new flow line installed to the 100 barrel production tank that appears to be newly installed next to an older rusted 100 barrel production tank. This new tank is in violation of the tank spacing requirements as it is nearly touching the old tank. It is also in violation of the well spacing requirements as it is only 18 feet from the wellhead. The well shows no change of ownership, production and does not have any identification onsite of any kind. The tank battery is also without an SPCC dike. The owner/producer of the well needs to be identified and proper action to register the well and bring it into compliance is needed.
1377811266 2013-08-28 Check on complaint #3031. Checked the location. No change in setup or wellsite identification. Tried to contact pumper assumed to be using the well with no response at this time. Will try again in near future.
