1352915998 2012-11-14 My visit to this well was for an Urban Preliminary Inspection. Wellhead is in good operating condition and consists of a pump jack style unit. There is no evidence of any leaks, spills or poor conditions. The tank battery consists of two (2) 100 Barrel lowboy tanks with vents and a laser meter to read oil and gas levels in the tanks. All caps and plugs are secure and there are no locks on the load lines, however they are behind a locked gate and are not accessible to the public. There is one 50 Barrel brine tank and one separator in the unit. Fence is board on board and the dike around the tank battery is capable of containing fluids to the standards in 1501:9-9-05. Preliminary restoration passed.
889348051 2013-10-28 The producing unit consists of a wellhead with pump jack and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 2 140-barrel steel production tanks, 1 50-barrel brine tank and separator unit. There is also a skid-mounted compressor unit, and Dominion metering run. Both the wellhead and battery are enclosed in separate board-on-board fences. The gates and load-outs are locked. ID placard and secondary containment are good. Process safety gear (spark arrestor, low-pressure relief valve, carbon filter) is present. No problems noted.
