1129649085 2005-10-03 During a status check inspection of this well it was apparent that the owner had overfilled the stock tank and impacted ground surface underlying the tank battery. Oil and brine were ponded on the surface. Action had been initiated to remediate the spill by cutting collection channels in the surface and removing the accumulated oil. Additional work needs to be completed to finish the job. Once the free oil has been recovered, impacted soil will need to be removed and replaced. 9-1-07

1489559377 2012-08-01 FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1471305189. The impacted area has been reclaimed. Ray and Larry Cruise joined me during the inspection. The well is equipped with a pumping unit and has a domestic hook up on the 8.625" annulus. The tank battery consists of 1-100 barrel stock tank, a 50 barrel poly tank, and a cement brine vault. Both tanks and the vault were full and I told the Cruise brothers that they needed to be emptied immediately to avoid having them overflow containment. The top of the pressure gauge on the domestic feed was blown out and venting gas and they were told to correct the problem immediately. The well was shut-in at the time of inspection as they were waiting on parts to address some issues with the well.
