There was a 4" piece of PVC pipe marking the well's location. I contacted ODNR in Columbus on 4/21/2014 and found that Energy Exploration had not filed for a plugging permit. I took photos of the well. There was no production equipment associated with the well. | ||||

Patty stated in the email that Energy Exploration had not filed for a plugging permit. I filed a copy of the email. | ||||
