-1242964795 2012-07-30 I was on site to check the status of the well. My inspection revealed that the well has been fracked, the tank battery constructed and a crew is working on the gas line. The tank battery consists of six storage tanks for the oil / condensate / produced water, other production equipment and a galvanized metal SPCC dike (plastic lined) around the entire tank battery. The storage tanks are primer brown and still need to be painted before the haul numbers and the identification signs are posted on the tanks. Since the well isn't in production yet, identification is not required at this time. My inspection revealed no violations at this time.
