1242964795 | 2012-07-30 | Completion Testing | No Violations | I was on site to check the status of the well. My inspection revealed that the well has been fracked, the tank battery constructed and a crew is working on the gas line. The tank battery consists of six storage tanks for the oil / condensate / produced water, other production equipment and a galvanized metal SPCC dike (plastic lined) around the entire tank battery. The storage tanks are primer brown and still need to be painted before the haul numbers and the identification signs are posted on the tanks. Since the well isnt in production yet, identification is not required at this time. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1333921978 | 2018-06-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of the well and production pad. The well is equipped with a plunger--around inspection of the pad perimeter and detected no visible erosional issues.
Equipment on the pad consisted of the following:
|
1486412822 | 2017-01-31 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well consists of a plunger-lift assembly and is identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of six 400 bbl production tanks, three labeled as containing produced water, and three labelled as containing condensate, and one low-pressure vertical separator. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
6- 400 bbl production tanks, three labelled as containing fresh water, and three labelled as containing condensate, with a low pressure vertical separator located inside of the dike. 1 producing well 1 sand separator 1 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit Barriers are installed around the production equipment. The access road and man doors were locked. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road was stable in in good repair. |
