-1954889617 2013-12-02 Total depth at the time of inspection was 8559 ft. Drillers started the curve at 7099 ft, and landed it at 7973 ft. It was reported to me as per the last survey, the inclination was 93.3 degrees and the azimuth was 334.2 degrees. Drilling was halted due to top drive issues.
-2042398831 2013-11-25 Witnessed the cementing of the 9.625 in casing. Good circulation, and good returns were witnessed at the surface. Due to cold weather, the cement contractor experienced technical difficulties. Valves and the manifold were frozen.
-2063686733 2013-10-21 Drilling rig was being assembled at the time of inspection. I called Mr. Catlan Ball from PDC energy and spoke with him about this well and others.
-321525386 2014-07-14 Upon inspection, it was observed that a vegetative cover has been established throughout the limits of disturbance for this pad location. Any and all drilling equipment has been removed from the location, and any and all pits used for drilling activities have been filled. This satisfies the requirements for the preliminary restoration. Accompanied on this inspection by DOGRM Engineer Jason Simmerman, and DOGRM Engineering Technicians Andy Thomas and Anthony Carson.
-828044432 2013-11-12 Witnessed cementing of the surface casing. Company was having trouble running casing due to parted conductor pipe. It was parted at 86 ft. down. The company welded straps on the collars of the pipe to ease it past the parted section of pipe. I tested the mix water for the cement job and it showed no chlorides were present. Good circulation and good returns were observed at the surface.

1384954688 2013-11-18 Total depth of the well during the time of inspection was 2100 ft. They were running a 12.25 in bit. I spoke with Mr. Dave Grey on site and picked up paperwork for the 13.375 in. casing cement job.
1386597356 2013-12-05 Drilling has been completed on this well. Total depth is 12,502 ft. Company is running sweeps to stabilize the hole before they run pipe. From 8047 ft. to 12,502 ft the hole is 8.5 in. in diameter. The azimuth is 334 degrees and the inclination is 89.31 degrees as per the last downhole survey. The third party gas reading was at 1590 units.
1835399769 2013-12-09 Picked up paperwork for the cementing of the 5.5" casing that was ran over the weekend. I received a job log, P-R graph, and a pipe tally. Spoke with company man on site.
