1065556811 2010-08-10 - Received phone call of surface casing to be set and cemented. Cementer to be on location at 7:30 PM.

- Left home at 5:15 PM and on location 6:15 PM, 8 5/8 inch casing starting to be installed into 11 inch borehole. 4 joints of casing installed and tighten with cathead, next joint unable to tighten properly, contact Mike Power Tong Service to complete tightening joints of casing. Wait for power tong to arrive on site. Install 406.05 feet of 8 5/8 inch casing and tighten joints with power tongs. 117 sacks of cement with 350 lbs of accelerator and 250 lbs of cotton seed hulls pumped into borehole annulus. Plug down at 1:30 AM 8/11/2010 arrive home at 2:30 AM

1281970354 2010-08-09 - Drill rig up, pits dug and lined, 3 water tanks on site, water being hauled in and drill mud being mixed. Operator plans to start drilling this afternoon.

- Kilbarger rig number 5 doing the drilling, Gary Smith tool pusher.

1281982835 2010-08-11 - On site for BOP test, several attempts were made but test failed. BOP was tighten down more on the 8 5/8 inch casing, all lines connected to BOP were tighten. Foam was flushed from the drill string and fresh water pumped down. BOP retested at 500 psi and passed.
1282236431 2010-08-16 - Received phone call to plug well (Dry Hole). Cementer to arrive at 10:30, left at 9:30 arrive on location at 10:15. Formation Cementing contactor on location and laying out lines. Drilling contactor circulation well, 3 inch drill pipe run into well at a depth of 3,313 feet.

- plugs were set at - the bottom which will cover the Mt. Simon, the Knox & Trempealeau, the Trenton, at the surface casing (100' out and 100' in) and the surface (ground level). Before the last plug was pump waited to see if spacer would settle, place bridge plug into borehole to help hole plug into place.

1282840591 2010-08-24 - The drill and drilling support equipment has been removed from drill site. All the pits have been drained, backfilled and rough graded with topsoil mounted on top of the filled in pits. Notices hydraulic oil filters and trash on location, contacted Gary Smith of Kilbarger to clean up and remove filters.

- One portable water tank, one large track hoe and one dozer still on location. - The hydralic oil filter and trash was removed from location by drilling company's tool pusher and was contacted on this matter.

1285599078 2010-09-14 - The area has been final graded, with all drill equipment removed from the site. The drill site area will revert back to agricultural farming.

- Most of the lease road has been removed, the area of the road left will be used for access to the agricultural farm field.
