-1944613630 2009-09-14 Capstar Drilling is still on site and should TD the well tomorrow. Drilling has slowed since they switched over to fluid after encountering gas in the Newburg. They have also had trouble with mechanical breakdowns. The pits are fenced and lined.

1354117846 2012-11-27 I was on location to check the status of preliminary restoration for this urban production well that was due in 2010. A check of records in RBDMS indicates that preliminary restoration was passed on 8/26/2010 by Inspector Bob Worstall. During my inspection, I found that the lease road gate was locked and the road was in good condition. The site was graded and grass was well established on the location. The proper ID was posted at the entrance and at the tank battery. The tank battery was diked, fenced, locked, and contained 1-100 and 1-140 barrel stock tanks as well as a horizontal separator and a meter run. The wellhead was fenced, locked, and operating on a plunger lift system. The gauge indicated there was 450psi on the well. A master meter carrying gas from the Wurm wells to the west was recently installed to the west of the tank battery. Preiminary resoration is approved. No violations.
1635022766 2009-09-08 Capstar Drilling Rig 4 is drilling ahead on air. No violations at this time.
1890754469 2009-10-21 The drilling pits are solidified and covered over. The site needs additional grading before it can be seeded or mulched.
56375421 2009-12-01 The well has not been fraced but the tank battery is under construction and the site has been rough graded. Preliminary restoration is due by May 15, 2010.
639672294 2009-09-10 I received a call from Donny Erwin, the toolpusher on Capstar Rig 4 at 19: 30 on 9/9 reporting a strong gas odor at 3517'. They were in the process of loading the hole and converting over to fluid drilling. I received no calls from either the public or local officials reporting any problems.
830910027 2009-09-01 Transcontinental Oil & Gas is starting to build the drilling location. The location of the drilling pits has been changed from northwest of the well to southwest of the well at the request of the drilling contractor. The drilling rig is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
