-582501240 2009-02-24 I performed a random field inspection. The wellhead and the tank battery were GPS'd for the first time. I continued to walk around the tank battery and the wellhead. The tank battery was in good shape. The ID sign was on the tank battery but not on the wellhead. The tank battery feeds from permit #2238 and #2239. I called Andy Koval from North Coast. I stated that he needs ID signs on the wellheads. He would have them put on. Both the wellheads are in a sub-divison. This wellhead is in the side yard. This case continues. 9-9-05(A)10
