0582501240 | 2009-02-24 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | I performed a random field inspection. The wellhead and the tank battery were GPSd for the first time. I continued to walk around the tank battery and the wellhead. The tank battery was in good shape. The ID sign was on the tank battery but not on the wellhead. The tank battery feeds from permit #2238 and #2239. I called Andy Koval from North Coast. I stated that he needs ID signs on the wellheads. He would have them put on. Both the wellheads are in a sub-divison. This wellhead is in the side yard. This case continues. |
1236709019 | 2009-03-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | I performed a follow-up NOV. The ID sign was posted. This case is resolved. |
1447520795 | 2018-08-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2238. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained drivable and stable. The 8.625 well head was above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with #2-2239. A stable earthen dike was present around the production equipment. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 140 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification for both wells. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
