Significant erosion and sedimentation is occurring along the lease road and effecting the foundation of the landowners barn. The barn is less than 20' downhill from the point of greatest erosion impact. The Photos taken. The owner or the owner's agent shall grade or terrace and plant, seed, or sod the area disturbed that is not required in production of the well where necessary to bind the soil and prevent substantial erosion and sedimentation. 316873816 2012-01-27 The water level had over topped the pit and had spilled out onto the ground. The field supervisor says the company had been emptying the pit by truck. I spoke with the field supervisor and told him he needed to keep the fluid levels down regardless of the weather. Pit shall be closed as soon as possible.
