1051279682 | 2003-04-25 | INSPECTION DONE AT THE REQUEST OF MIKE McCORMAC. Inspection revealed the well is capable of production. ID Violation. I meet with Gary Pennington w/ODOT. He advised me that the well is hooked up to their facilities along with Columbia Gas. If the well pressure drops then Columbia Gas would come on line. He advised that Altiers operates the well for them. He was unaware of the Production reporting procedures. I advised Mr. Pennington about the ID violation and advised him on the proper information needed to meet requirements for the ID sign. I called Althier Brothers and spoke with Susan and ask her if they could file the production records from 1986 to 2002. She requested a production form be faxed to her attention and it would be filed. WEATHER CONDITOINS: Cloudy and 54 degrees. | 9-9-05(A)10 | |||
