1436726912 2011-06-02 2 100 BBL tanks in the battery, north tank load valve needs bull plug and lock. Contacted Scott from Summit, requested repairs. Scott contacted me Saturday June 4 to notify me that bull plug can not be screwed in, he will get a water truck on site and remove water from tank and replace valve. Lock will be installed. Well is a rabbit well. Rabbit catcher has been replaced and a new red catcher with welded fittings has been installed.
1732172854 2013-06-19 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. Load lines have bull plugs and are locked. The lease road is in stable condition.
