1436726912 | 2011-06-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | 2 100 BBL tanks in the battery, north tank load valve needs bull plug and lock. Contacted Scott from Summit, requested repairs. Scott contacted me Saturday June 4 to notify me that bull plug can not be screwed in, he will get a water truck on site and remove water from tank and replace valve. Lock will be installed. Well is a rabbit well. Rabbit catcher has been replaced and a new red catcher with welded fittings has been installed. |
1466997288 | 2016-11-28 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | During my inspection on this well, I observed the well equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The last reported production for this well was in 2014. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. The valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank battery was diked and the tank valves had plugs in them. The 100 BBL tank nearest to the mechanical separator was seeping at the base. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. I contacted Scott Casteel 440-773-6141 from Summit Petroleum about the leaking tank. Scott indicated that the tank had been emptied prior to my inspection and is not being used. It will be removed in either the first or second quarter of 2017. |
1531321587 | 2018-07-11 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | During this inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the gate valve on the tubing was open. The 2 inch valve on the flow line was open. The reported production for this well was current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. The valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank battery was diked. One of the 100 BBL tanks has been disconnected from the other production equipment and emptied, because of the bottom integrity of the tank. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. |
1732172854 | 2013-06-19 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. Load lines have bull plugs and are locked. The lease road is in stable condition. |
