1390974426 2013-10-21 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 210 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The well has not shown production since 2000. I was informed that the casing was collapsed. The 210 BBL tank has rusted through on the bottom and there is oil saturated stone around the base of the tank. I notified Jim Dietrich the well tender for Enervest that the tank needs to be removed and the oil contaminated stone needs to be removed. I notified Mr. McDaniel a Supervisor for Enervest that the well needs to be produced or plugged. If the casing is in fact collapsed the well needs repaired or plugged as soon as possible. NONE
