894029075 2013-06-12 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The fence around the wellhead needs repaired and secured with a lock. The tank battery is in good repair. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, a 50 BBL brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The production tank is vented into a 55 gallon charcoal filter and then up to a spark arrestor. The well and the tank battery need identification signs. The lease road is in good condition.
