-836472224 2014-05-15 I isnpected the location if this former procuding unit for completion of final restoration. Cuurently there is a 4-inch diameter vent stack which extends above grade to an approximate height of 12 feet above grade. The area around the former well has been graded and vegetation has been established. Pits have been filled and all other appurtenances from production have been removed. No further activity is warranted. Final resotration is complete.
-975831254 2012-06-04 My inspection today found rig being set up. Pits were being dug prior to spudding on this date and conductor casing was set in the late afternoon. Cementing report will be filed following completion of well drilling and cementing.
1339078253 2012-06-09 My visit to the well site today was to cement the production casing. Cement report will be filed following the completion of the drilling process.
1350407983 2012-10-16 My visit to the well today was to check progress on the restoration Process. This well was drilled from 6/4/12 through 6/9/12, due to lack of sufficient pressure the well was plugged 0n 7/25/12 and 7/27/12. A vault and vent system was installed on 10/11/12 due to minimum leakage of shale gas around the 8.625" casing. The current vent pipe will be replaced with a longer pipe in the short term, which will complete this well. Ground restoration has begun and grass is growing on the site.
