1453921216 | 2014-07-09 | I was on location for an urban preliminary restoration. I found during my inspection the well in production with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel, poly brine tank and a separator. The dike around the production equipment was completely weathered. Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. Wooden fences surrounded the production equipment and well. A plug was on the load line. There was no safety equipment on the production tank. The lease road was in stable condition with a locked gate at the entrance. I called PAC Drilling and instructed them to:
Build a new dike around the tank battery. Install the proper urban safety equipment. I will re-inspect the well by 8/15/2014. |
