-452410023 2013-07-19 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is closed. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank and a 100 BBL brine tank. A heat treated separator is outside of the tank battery with the proper spacing. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
-954637498 2012-05-10 My inspection today found a plunger lift system well in good repair. The tank battery has one 210 barrel production tank, one 100 barrel brine tank in it. The dike is starting to weather and the operator will be notified to monitor and repair as needed. The dike drain needs a shut off valve or cap installed on the outlet. The separator is a heat treat unit. Equipment spacing is correct at the location.
1524621620 2012-05-10 On 5/10/2012, I performed a production well inspection status check with DNR Inspectors Tom Hill and Mike Dinsmore. My inspection found the well head was a plunger lift unit (rabbit), that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 210 barrel oil storage tank with the proper identification posted, one 100 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There was a 2" drain running through the dike wall, please refer to DNR Tom Hill's inspection report for the violation status.
