1222106673 2008-09-22 Well and tank battery are fenced. 6 foot fenced with barbed wire. Two 100 BBl tanks and a mechanical separator in battery. Well is a rabbit well. Well and battery spacing is good. Lease road is constructed out of durable material. ID signs are up. Operator has planted trees around well head and tank battery. Well has over 1000psi on it, operator is producing well 15minutes every hour. On site for a noise complaint, well does make noise when in production. The noise is from the gas passing through the lines. No Leaks at the tank battery, noted. Two minor leaks at the well head, threads at one of the gauges is leaking, another leak that is making a high pitched noise, could not find it, called Gary the pumper for Alliance requested that leaks be repaired. Well head was locked. Called Bruce and Gary in the morning before inspection for status of the well. Status of the well during inspection and information from Gary and Bruce are the same. Well has a high rock pressure, has been shut in for 4 months, noise is from the pressure of the gas.

1442291570 2013-05-29 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is closed. The tank battery and well are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The vent stack on the production tank is plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter. The vent stack is then plumbed up and topped with a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
