1342111323 2012-07-12 Inspection of the well head found the following equipment present, 2 tubing & rods with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit. A 100 barrel tank and 1200 gallon plastic tank are present in an established dike with proper well identification.
1709191293 2014-05-01 Compliance notice # 506055044 found the scald area behind the production tank area has been repaired and the surface discharge has ceased with the standing water inside the dike area tested with a high level chloride strip and no chloride levels found above 250 parts per million. The prior violation shall be resolved on this day.
506055044 2014-01-09 Upon inspection it was observed that the production water is being discharged from a open valve on a plastic tank inside the tank battery and being allowed to flow through installed drain lines out of the dike and down over the hill behind the earthen containment dike with obvious signs of contamination present in a area of 3' x 30'. Instructions are as follows- stop dispersant of production water onto the earth surface. Contact was made by phone to Jason Ludwig and a compliance notice was mailed out.
