-2047910638 2013-07-25 My inspection found the entire oil spill impacted soil and weeds have been removed. All of the oil impacted soil and gravel inside of the tank battery has been removed. The dike has been rebuilt. The production tank was in place. The entire lease road has been graded. New drainage ditches have been installed.
-937103393 2013-02-13 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank. It was surrounded by a weathered dike; however, it meets containment requirements. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing, contained a 7 day production chart, and locked. The lease road was in stable condition and shared with permit number 2-0483. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
