-1923689513 2013-07-16 My inspection found Lightning Energy Auger Rig SR30 drilling the conductor hole for Halcon. Their current depth was 43' GL (ground level); no violations at this time.
1374678766 2013-07-17 I witnessed Halliburton cement the conductor casing for Halcon. Lightning Energy Auger Rig SR30 drilled a 36" Hole #1 to 82' GL (ground level) and set 30" casing to 82' GL. The weight of the casing was 157.5 lbs/ft. Halliburton established circulation with 2 bbls of fresh water. The operator pumped 20 bbls of 6% Gel Spacer followed by 5 bbls of fresh water spacer. Halliburton pumped 370 sacks of Halcem System cement, then displaced the cement to 52' with 46 bbls of fresh water. I witnessed approximately 26 bbls of good cement returned to surface. A cement sample was taken at the middle of the operations; cement met density requirements.
