1367250850 2013-04-29 Pryor to my field inspection I received a phone call on this date of 04/26/2013 from Debbie Nelson which had a concern of the well being idle and oil laying around the compressor and tank. On the day of my inspection I reviewed the Division of Oil and Gas production records and found them not current for the years of (2002/03/04/05/06/07/2010/2011), there is four inch production casing with a (4x2") swedge and ball valve standing from the ground, the valve on the well is closed. There is a electric power box and line leading into a compressor/ separator and (1) fifty barrel plastic brine tank setting inside a containment dike, the compressor was running on the day of my inspection. I witnessed soil containment ion around the compressor/ separator and tank, I made a phone call to Ron Moore the pumper for Northwood Energy about the well being idle and the soil containment ion, Ron Moore told me that a small steel brine tank was removed and replaced with a plastic fifty barrel brine tank, the pumper also mentioned the well was idle due to a hole in the casing and he also put Pete moss on the areas of contamination to help absorb the oil. I instructed Ron Moore to have the soil removed and replace with limestone, there is no I.D. posted at the well site. The requirements to meet the Division of Oil and Gas Standards will be to have the well capable of commercial production within thirty days or plugging is required within ninety days, failure to comply may result in Forfeiture of Bond. 9-9-02
