-1010529108 2012-01-09 On 1/9/2012, I performed a status check on the above well site. Well is in production, location needs reclaimed and identification sings are posted, Preliminary Restoration can not be passed at this time.
1302121253 2011-03-31 Superior Well Services fraced the well today. During the frac job, flow started coming out of the open valve on the 8-5/8 dia. wellhead from the annular space between the 4-1/2 dia. casing and the inside of the 8-5/8 dia. casing. The job was shut down and the flow was directed into the drilling pits. It is believed that there is a split in the 4-1/2 dia casing at 433'. This was determined by pumping a colored paint down the 4-1/2 dia casing and out of the annulus. Casing failure depth was calculated from displacement volume. Remediation of the situation will continue.
463071781 2011-08-19 The well is in production and the location is rough graded.
