-1639393069 2013-07-18 Express Energy Service is on location drilling a 30" conductor hole to a depth of 90' and ran 90' of 20" 94# conductor casing. They cemented with 172 sacks of class A cement. They had 13 barrels of cement returned to surface. . Permits are posted. There has been safety meeting. No violations at this time. Teresa McQuade and Ken Brown from the permitting department was on location to observe the operation.
-860709774 2014-03-05 Universal Well Service is fracing the above location. All equipment is setting inside of containment. Safety lanes are marked. All annuals are monitored. No noted violations noted at this time.
-870340656 2013-08-30 Falcone Drilling Rig #18 drilled a 17.5" well bore to a total depth of 900' and ran 896' of 13-3/8" 61# CSG J-55 casing. Baker Hughes pumped 170 barrels of water follow by 35 barrels of Gel with Fed Seal and cello flake and 10 barrels of fresh water spacer. They pumped 760 sacks of PNE-1+.05S-F-2CACL2+.5BA10A cement. Displaced with 130 barrels of water. Good circulation through out job. There was 50 barrels of returns. Bumped and held plug. Shut cement head in. This job was covered by Inspector Rick Skidmore.
1247349587 2014-01-31 Northeast Region Supervisor Tom Hill and myself performed a status check on the above location. They are preparing the location and wellhead for fracing. There has been a 2" welded steel flow line installed and is caped with a blind flanged. No noted violations were noted at this time.
1378281651 2013-08-30 I witnessed Baker Hughes cement the surface casing for Hillcorp. Falcon Drilling drilled a 17.5" Hole #2 to 900' RKB and set 13.375" casing at 899' RKB with 7 centralizers. The casing had a weight of 61 lbs/ft and a P-55 grading. Baker Hughes established circulation and pumped 35 bbls of gel. The operator pumped 766 sacks of Class A cement and displaced the cement to 852' RKB with 129.7 bbls of fresh water. I witnessed approximately 40 bbls of good cement returned to surface. Cement was inspected 20 minutes after completion and was static at surface.
1380726134 2013-09-03 Falcone Drilling Rig 18 drilled a 12.25" well bore to a total depth of 2543' and ran 2543' of 9.625" 36# J-55 CSG casing. Baker Hughes pumped ahead 230 barrels of water followed by 35 barrels of Gel/Fed Seal/Cello Flake and 10 barrels. They pumped 887 sacks of PNE-1.05% STATSTATFREE=1%CACL2=.75GAL/SK FP-6. They displaced with 190 barrels of fresh water. There was 37 barrels of cement returned to surface. Good circulation throughout the job.
1388674801 2013-12-18 I performed a walk around inspection on the above location water trucks were vacuuming fresh water from the continament pad around H&P Rig 225. Location is clear of debris and fire extinguishers are located at various places around the drilling location. Permits are posted in Hilcorps Office. No violations were noted at this time.
