| 2208632 | 2013-09-29 | Violation(s) Noted | On 9/27 13 at approximately 9:45 AM SWN contacted the Department to report the discovery of a small production fluid spill, 5-10 gallons, which was identified at approximately 8:45 AM. The spill is on the SWN RU 10 Eastman Pad and was caused by a leak which developed in a production unit. SWN contacted the Department at 11:45 AM to report that the spill appears to be bigger than had been originally reported that estimates now place the volume in the vicinity of 100 plus gallons. SWN is in the process of shutting in the well and then will remove the production equipment to facilitate the ensuing remediation effort.
