The Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the site stability in maintained.

Site had been seeded, mulched and the vegetation had begun to take hold. There were several areas on the fill slope where the seed has not yet germinated. The operator should monitor this area and if necessary re-seed and mulch.
