1976783 2011-05-31 No Violations Noted Today's inspection was the result of a complaint re: the overflow of the steel stock tank inside the dike at this production site. Upon inspection I meet the complainant in-site, and found a producing well and the following production equipment. One steel stock tank at 99% capacity/ one poly tank nearly empty and valved off, one separator and an active production chart. The steel tank had apparently overflowed, with a small amount of oily substance flowing onto the limestone base inside the dike. The area impacted by the oil was approx. 2'x4'. The tank had some oil on it also. I contacted the comapany and asked them to remove the contaminated soil/stone and clean the tank. I also ask them to call me when the work is completed. I told the complainant I would let him know when the work was done.
