Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1091641540 2004-07-30 Top plug drilled out and the second plug drilled out to 525 feet. The top two plugs apparently fell approximately 150 feet. The hole bailed dry and there was no evidence of oil or gas. The plan is to check again on 8-02 and bail dry. If everything goes as planned, grouting is scheduled for the afternoon of 8-02. Grout will be placed from 525' to surface.
-1455902859 2013-07-19 My inspection showed no evidence of the well, tank(s), separator or line associated with this permit number. I did find 4 line with 1.5 supply line (valve closed) above ground ~150 feet from the well site. I The area around the well has been graded and vegetation has been re-established. The lease road has been removed and vegetation has been re-established. Final restoration pending investigation of transmission line.
-1843569352 2004-07-29 The drill-out through the top plug is continuing. Should be through later today. Will evaluate at that time.
-1975611139 2004-07-28 Bishop Well Service has started drilling out the top plug. The rig operator reported that a small amount of oil (< 1 bbl) had circulated to surface while drilling.
673912297 2004-07-19 The well was plugged and abandoned on July 15, 2004 and was found to be leaking. The proposal at this time is to drill out and replace the top plug or plugs. The work will begin as soon as equipment can be scheduled.
