1851064393 2015-05-13 On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Matt Fulk, I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #72 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to a total depth of 627 feet. Wyoming Casing Crew ran and set 617 feet of 13.375 inch 54.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Schlumberger gained circulation with 25bbls of gel followed by 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 570 sacks of Class A 15.6ppg, 1.22cuft/sk. cement. Cement weight was verified by mud scales and displaced with 89.5bbls of fresh water. Had good cement returns of 29bbls, plug was landed at 255psi and pressured to 855psi for 5 minutes and the floats held with
355661287 2015-01-07 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Express Energy Services had drilled a 30 inch diameter hole to the depth of 120 feet hitting water at 105 feet and ran 120 feet of 24 inch conductor pipe. Express gained circulation and cemented pipe with 230 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Displaced cement with 39bbls of fresh water and had good cement returns of 16bbls to surface.
-367732477 2015-05-21 On the day of my inspection I witnessed Nomac Drilling Rig #72 had completed the cementing of the 5.5 inch production casing and was walking the rig to the 34059244510000 HD McClain 28-9-7 10H with plans to re-spud well this evening. The site passed preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
569566111 2015-05-14 On the day of my inspection I witnessed Nomac Drilling Rig #72 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter hole to the depth of 2015 feet. Wyoming Casing Crew ran and set 2005 feet of 9.625 inch 40#/ft. J-55 casing. Nomac Drilling Rig #72 broke circulation and Schlumberger pumped 25bbls of gel followed by 10bbls of fresh water and cemented the casing with 720 sacks of Class A 15.6ppg, 1.22cuft/sk. cement. Cement was displaced with 145bbls of water with 35bbls of cement returned to surface and the plug was landed at 790psi and pressure up to 1290psi for 5 minutes and the floats held with
