0355661287 2015-01-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Express Energy Services had drilled a 30 inch diameter hole to the depth of 120 feet hitting water at 105 feet and ran 120 feet of 24 inch conductor pipe. Express gained circulation and cemented pipe with 230 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Displaced cement with 39bbls of fresh water and had good cement returns of 16bbls to surface.
