The well owner and their partner, Mr. Jim Kilbarger have been instructed to cease all activity until the revised drilling permit has been issued. The overall location at this time is rural and does contain mature trees. The fencing and landscaping/screening requirement will be waived at this time. The representatives were informed that land development and/or vandalism, they shall agree to install fencing. If the lines are routed to separate property and additional equipment added, landscaping may be required. An access gate will be required for the entance into the well site located off SR 93.
