1373981969 2013-04-17 I went to the site and conducted a pre-construction site inspection with Steve Ault, Chesapeake Field Representative.
1377620091 2013-08-07 I was at the site to witness the cementing of the intermediate casing. The drilling contractor, Nomac 74, drilled a 12.25 diameter hole to 1625
1459494311 2013-07-08 I stopped at the drilling pad to check on the conductor rig move-in progress. I found the pad largely built. The chain link fence to surround the pad was not yet installed. The dirt work appeared completed, and erosion prevention measures have been taken. The conductor rig was not yet on location. While there, a truck with conductor casing did arrive. The Pitts 22-14-4 3H and 8H were both staked. I took GPS readings for both wells, and the access road entry.
1827520055 2014-12-11 I was onsite to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. There are a total of six wells on the pad. Access road entry is on east side of Nature Road NE approximately 1.17 miles south of Merline Road NE. There is a sign board at the entrance featuring the well names, permit numbers and emergency contact information. There is a padlocked gate at the entrance of the access road. The access road is in good repair, and drainage and erosion controls are in place. Ground cover is well established along the access road. I found the drilling/production pad to be enclosed entirely with a chain link fence with barbed wire at the top, and with a padlocked gate. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The well is constructed with a
2115648082 2013-08-05 I was at the site to witness the cementing of the surface casing. The drilling contractor, Nomac 74, spudded the surface section of the well on 08/04/2013. The 17.50 diameter surface hole was drilled to 718
216272362 2013-07-14 While in the area for a cement job at another location, I stopped by to check on the move-in progress of the drilling rig. I found that preparations were underway, but no rig equipment was on site. Mat boards were down, secondary containment was staged, and a number of frac tanks and light plants were in place.
25229357 2013-07-09 I witnessed the cementing of the conductor casing. Express Energy Services drilled a 26 diameter hole to 120', and installed 120' of 20 OD casing. During drilling, water was encountered at an approximate depth of 86
