1289040952 2010-11-05 Inspection revealed that Producer's Services were on site performing acid treatment on well they pumped 2000 gal. of 15%acid at a rate of 1.1 bpm and pumped 1700 gal then we shut down and let acid soak for 15 min and then we pumped additional 300 gal and displaced into formation and shut well in too let acid soak they will resume operations later today.

1323898655 2011-12-14 Inspection revealed that well was shut down to perform 2000 gallon acid treatment. Producers Services preformed work and flushed tubing. Hunter Disposal personnel hooked well back up and placed the well back into operation.
1326846835 2012-01-17 On site to witness the Boots&Coots snubbing unit run 2.875 tubing into the well to retrieve the faulty packer. They had to wash the tool onto the top of the packer. The Baker Tool representative then released the packer and they let the element relax for 30 minutes. They then started too pull the packer.
1326934377 2012-01-18 On site to witness new packer and tubing run into well. The rig stopped 60' off of setting depth today. They will set the packer tomorrow, then flush annulus and test ithe integrity of casing and tubing.
1327740337 2012-01-27 Onsite to witness setting of packer and testing of tubing annulus. Producers Service pumped 70 barrels water, with inhibitor, down tubing and up backside. Once they had clean fluids at the surface the tubing was reattached to the packer, the packer was set at @ 5575' and testing began. They pressured up to 1830 PSI and they monitored the pressure for 15 min with a 30 PSI decline - test passed. They then pumped 50 barrels down tubing to ensure that they were pumping into formations. They will start rigging down tomorrow and perform an acid job on Monday. I informed the well owner that a variance would need to be applied for since we had to move packer up hole to achieve proper testing.

-1418890895 2012-01-20 I received a call from the well operator that the pressure has risen on the tubing annulus. The packer was set, tested and passed on 1/19/2012. The pressure rose on the tubing annulus overnight and the decision was made to attempt to move packer uphole 4' and reset the packer. They will then test the packer and monitor pressures for an extended period of time to ensure that it is in proper working order.
