1346865092 2012-09-05 I completed an Urban Preliminary Restoration inspection. My inspection found the well surrounded by a chain link fence and equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit). The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence and contained one 210 barrel storage tanks, one 50 barrel brine storage tank, the proper identification posted, and a separator. The production equipment had the proper spacing, the pit were closed, and all the debris removed. The site has been graded and seeded to prevent erosion and sedimentation. Inspection passed.
