2013-09-19 | On the day of my inspection Mike Wheeler reported that he set a brush and stone bridge at 1100' and then washed 4 tons of clay into the hole. They pulled all of the 8.625 casing and set a pre cast cement plug at 533'. The hole stared to produce some oil when they were washing clay in on the pre cast. Mike Wheeler bailed approximately 00 barrels of oil and then washed another 6 tons of clay into the well to fill it to surface. It will be allowed to settle overnight. | |||

2013-09-17 | On the day of my inspection Mike Wheeler pulled rods and tubing. Then washed 2 tons of clay down the 4.5 casing. They ripped the 4.5 casing at 3350' and pulled 20 joints. | |||
2014-06-17 | On the day of my inspection I found that the site was approximately 75% covered in short grasses. I found no signs of erosion or sedimentation. There were no oil & gas related materials or debris at the location. The lease road and tank battery are still in use for permits 3866 and 3988. | |||
| -1423835204 | 2013-09-18 | On the day of my inspection Mike Wheeler washed 8 tons of clay down the 4.5 casing and pulled the remaining casing from the well. | ||||
2013-09-20 | On the day of my inspection I found that the clay was sitting firm at the surface. Mike Wheeler was in the process of draining the pit and preparing to cut the casing off and cap the well.
