1381675315 2015-01-05 On the day of my inspection I found a 4 X 1.5 inch wellhead. The system is operated by a plunger lift. A horizontal separator , a 50 bbl tank, and two 100 bbl tanks are in an earthen dike. The production records are up to date.
1390335780 2012-04-04 I arrived on location and made an inspection at the tank battery and wellsite I found well to be in production, all valves are open and a new chart has been placed in meter box. No violations this date.
1408029143 2014-08-13 On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Mark Morland and Brent Bear due to being a known H2S area. I had received a call from John Tipka of Tipka Energy that a pipeline leak was called to them form the fire department. Upon arriving at the Fuller farm I was met By Mr. Fuller. He was upset with our department, and how useless our department is and that it was our fault the he was unable to live in his home. I then met Brian Tipka and was taken to the leak site. No H2s was detected. The pipeline was exposed and a repair clamp was installed.
-1431306957 2014-02-27 I arrived on location with Oil and Gas well inspector Mark Moreland, to conduct an inspection of oil and gas wells located within 1/2 mile radius of H2S complaint no. 3701. Inspector Moreland monitored the well site with a calibrated Sperian PHD6 gas meter for this inspection and showed no detection of H2S.
