Bob McVicker is evaluating the facility for potential purchase by John McCall. A brine leak was observed on the hillside located north-northeast of the injection well head. It is probably coming from a leak in the lower brine pit. Arvilla will drain the lower brine pit, repair the leak, and remove all brine contaminated soil for landfill disposal.

The brine is going to one of Arvilla's injection wells in the southern region. The sludge is going to American Landfill in Waynesburg. I met with Kerry of Sunpro and with Ken Parsons and John Herstine of Arvilla. Sludge removal will continue tomorrow.

During the meeting, John Herstine stated that Arvilla has not repaired the leak in the lower pit. They have only lowered the level of the brine to below the level of the leak. J-Hawk will purchase the property in as is condition if the deal is agreed.

The filter canister located near the wellhead was leaking fresh water. The leak had sprayed out 3 feet from the canister. John repaired the leaking gasket and shut in the filter canister. This facility is not in operation. The repair work at the lower pit has not been completed.

The bad joint of tubing will be replaced and the tubing will be tripped back into the hole on 11-9-09 and pressure tested every 500'. An MIT may be conducted on 11-10-09.
