Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1037198559 2002-11-06 Status check inspection on drilling operation. Just drilling out from under surface. 40 feet of cement was left inside the casing.
-1886909233 2003-01-08 November 18, 2002 - The subject site was inspected for the purpose of determining the distance between the tank battery under construction and a vacant house south of the tank battery. The inspection was prompted by a spacing question posed to me by the Bath Township Zoning office. A roustabout crew was on site at the time of this inspection and assisted in measuring the distance between the house and the nearest stock tank. The measured distance was 83 feet and the crew was informed of the minimum distance requirements, including 100 feet between an occupied dwelling and a stock tank. Mr. Cal Marks with Transcontinental was notified of the problem by phone. Several possible locations were discussed and I reminded him of the minimum spacing requirements before leaving the site. A NOV was not issued since the tank battery was not operational.

December 3, 2002 - I was informed that the tank battery was relocated south of house and that it met all spacing requirements. January 8, 2003 - The site was inspected and I was told by the same roustabout crew that the tanks were 108 feet from the house and 70 feet from the wellhead. The site has been rough graded and the pits have been solidified. The secondary containment dike has been constructed around the tank battery. The well will be turned on in the very near future. No violations at this time.

-780460922 2002-11-18 The drilling rig has moved off and the pits are being pumped out and solidified.
