1123545125 | 2013-08-07 | On the day of my inspection I found that H&D Drilling was making repairs to the drilling rig. They topped off the surface casing annulus with 10 bags of sack cement. They had not yet drilled out from under the surface casing. The permit was on display, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills.
1236489807 | 2013-08-01 | On the day of my inspection I found that H&D Drilling had drilled a 10 hole to 594'. They ran new 7 casing. Formation Cementing pumped gel, cotton seed hulls and cello flake. They established circulation and pumped 210 sacks of cement. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job and there were approximately 3 barrels of cement returns. The casing passed the pressure test once the plug was landed.
-124661259 | 2013-08-19 | On the day of my inspection I found that H&D Drilling was in the process of rigging down. They set 4.5 production casing at 3487' on 8/17/13. The well head was shut in with a 4 to 2 swedge, equipped with a ball valve. The permit was on display, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and there were no leaks or spills.
