0124661259 2013-08-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that H&D Drilling was in the process of rigging down. They set 4.5 production casing at 3487 on 8/17/13. The well head was shut in with a 4 to 2 swedge, equipped with a ball valve. The permit was on display, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and there were no leaks or spills.
0997133339 2017-09-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The lines were connected and the valves were open. Jim Samples was out to start the well while I was there. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank and one 30 barrel poly tank in an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills around the tanks.
1061852334 2013-08-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was shut in with a 4 to 2 swedge and ball valve. The drilling pits were still open and full of fluid. There were no sags or tears in the pit liners and I found no leaks or spills around the drill site.
1123545125 2013-08-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that H&D Drilling was making repairs to the drilling rig. They topped off the surface casing annulus with 10 bags of sack cement. They had not yet drilled out from under the surface casing. The permit was on display, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills.
1236489807 2013-08-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that H&D Drilling had drilled a 10 hole to 594. They ran new 7 casing. Formation Cementing pumped gel, cotton seed hulls and cello flake. They established circulation and pumped 210 sacks of cement. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job and there were approximately 3 barrels of cement returns. The casing passed the pressure test once the plug was landed.
1903167957 2013-08-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection H&D Drilling was drilling a 6.5 hole on air with a power swivel. They were at a depth of 2177. The permit was on display, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills.
2045896771 2013-10-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the drill site was graded out and the pit was closed. All drilling equipment and materials were removed from the location. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. There was no vegetative cover. This site does not pass preliminary restoration at this time.
