1548008302 2013-08-26 I spoke with Donny from Knox energy. The 4.5 casing is parted at 1087. I have consulted Pat Shreve on the best method to properly get the cement plugs where they belong. I will be meeting Knox energy on 08/27/2013 to discuss the options to plug this well.

771343959 2013-08-27 Formation Cementing on site 0840 hours, first plug set with circulation. Knox Energy pulled tubing up to 1870'. Appalachian well service used ten shot to perforate at 1870. Formation placed 300' of cement at the perforations to cover the queenston and clinton zones. Lime plug set as well as bottom of surface and surface plugs set. All plugs circulated with the exception of the surface plug witch was grouted from the surface. Fluid level was at 140'.
