Appalachian well service used ten shot to perforate at 1870. Formation placed 300 of cement at the perforations to cover the queenston and clinton zones. Lime plug set as well as bottom of surface and surface plugs set. All plugs circulated with the exception of the surface plug witch was grouted from the surface. Fluid level was at 140.
