1354545355 2012-12-03 Wright well service is plugging well and Formation cementing is placing plugs. Attempted to set plug at 1398-998'. Ran 30 sacks as bottom hole plug thru a bullhead method. The Plug stopped at 4 barrel in to the displacement. Wright well service ran 2tubing in the well and circulated cement plug out of 4.5casing. Then ran tubing to bottom and set a 30 sack plug thru 2tubing at 1381-981'. Ripped off at 937'. Set a rip plug from 937-837'. Pulled up to 445'. Set 100 in and 100out on bottom of surface plug. Rig tried to pull pipe could not. Rig started ripping pipe at 250'. Ripped pipe at 246'.Fluid level was down to 300'. Pulled all 4.5casing out. Ran stone and brush plug to 246'. Topped off well with 48 sacks at 3%geled cement to surface. Cement dropped back to 30'. Company will bring out Quick Crete to top off well. They will contact Morgan county inspector. All plugs circulated.
1405352268 2014-07-14 I received a landowner waiver from Dick Poling which was signed by the landowner Russell Hardyshell.
-400719826 2014-03-25 I spoke with Dick Poling today and he stated he and the landowner were going to wait until spring to see if grass is capable of growing at the location. He will restore the area or get a landowner waiver if the site does not show vegetative growth this spring.
4011364 2012-12-03 Arrived on location to witness plugging of Skinner #1 with Pat Shreve. Plug job was performed by Wright Well Services and cement job was completed by Formation Cement. An unsuccessful attempt was made to set a 30 sack bottom plug from 998-1398' with bullhead method. Wright well services ran 2 tubing in order to circulate cement plug out of the 4.5 casing. 2 tubing was then run to the bottom where a 30 sack plug was set from 981-1381'. The 2 tubing was pulled out of hole. The 4.5 casing was ripped at 937' and the service company then pulled 15 joints to set a rip plug from 837-937'. After plug was set, casing was locked up and had to be ripped again at a depth of 246'. Fluid level was at 300'. All remaining 4.5 casing was pulled and a stone and brush plug was set at 246'. Well was topped off with 48 sacks of cement and 3% gel from 246' to surface, however cement dropped back 30'. Company will bring out quickcrete this week to top of and complete the job.
-547890838 2009-10-29 Restoration meets 1509.072(A) requirements.
634995384 2013-08-26 The location is still barren of vegetation. Site does not meet final restoration requirements. I called Dick Poling and he stated they seeded the location in agreement with the landowner's specific request. He will call the landowner and correct the issue.
926949017 2014-06-10 There is no evidence of production equipment left behind and the land was properly restored. The location has met all 1509.072B restoration requirements.
964473933 2013-04-23 I went out to location to inspect the top hole cement job. Dick Poling had finished plugging the last 30' of surface. Zak Poling was out on location with a back hoe. He was excavating around the wellhead to cut casing and weld the steel plate. He stated they used 8 sacks of cement last week to finish the plug job. The tanks were still up at top of access road.
